This morning our Executive Director Arthur Aston went to Evan's Elementary School in Marlton to present a donation from Build Jake's Place for accessible swings the school wants to purchase for their playground.

This is part of the Third Grade Service Learning project at Evan's Elementary. Their classmate Kai Dakhari has a disability, and to learn more about his disability, and more importantly Kai's ABILITIES, his classmates decided to begin making changes right at their school. They hope to have the swings installed in early fall.

Kai was recently featured in a Courier Post article talking about his love of Jake's Place Boundless Playground in the article titled "25 Great Playgrounds in SJ and Philly". If you haven't read the article it's worth a few minutes of your time.
